    The original email address that I used to set up my account is no longer active (I resigned from the company) and I can not reset my password b/c the account is linked to the old email address. How can I proceed with updating this information so I can login and access my photos?

    Old email address was: clayton.heavican@fbfs.com
    New email address is: clayton@accessinsurances.com

      You would need access to your email account. If you do not have access, you cannot login. Hence, you cannot change your information. SO please try to access your old account.
